The key is to remember that everyone's metabolism works differently. Your friends might recommend a diet which works for them, but you try it and it doesn't work for you. I guess finding the right diet is a bit like trying on clothes, what suits one person looks terrible on another but when you find outfit with a perfect fit, you'll stick with it!
