My Weight Watchers Progress

Postby Tinkerbell on Tue Jan 12, 2010 8:41 pm

Thought I would start my own thread to record my weight watchers progress.

Weigh in tonight I lost 2lbs! Wooo! So that makes my total since I started it mid November 11 and a half pounds, so just need to get 2 and a half off this week and ive reached my first stone. My goal is to get 4 stone off which sounded like a really lot at first but now im almost at that first stone mark it doesnt feel so daunting anymore.

Im really pleased with my 2lb loss this week because ive not actually been that good this week, ive not tracked at all really. So this week im going to make sure keep my tracker updated and count everything. Now Millie has had all her vaccines and we have been able to get her out for walks has made a diff too and its just going to get better because the bigger she gets the further we can take her walking. Cant take her too far at the moment, but having to plough through the snow this week has made walking more challenging which is a goooo thing!!! :)

Hope everyone else whos on a "healthy eating plan" (the d word is banned haha) has had some good results too!! :D

Well done Tinks. That's a wonderful weight loss. Your doing well. I will need you to share some tips with me as i am doing WW too and am really struggling with lack of motivation. I really want to loose the weight but when i feel low i get tired and just want to comfort eat.

I am sure you will be at the stone mark before you know it :-)

Well I stayed the same this week :( :( Sooo gutted, im completely and utterly disappointed in myself, ive been so good all week and I was really expecting to have lost something, I think AF is due though cos been having symptoms so im thinking it may be water rentention but still been really down in the dumps about it, been feeling so rubbish all weekend with mirgraines and toothache and been really hormonal and snappy, been feeling a little depressed actually. So once got back from ww and I was really low DH took me out for dinner to cheer me up bless him. I wasnt in the mood but he was like no get ready you need to get out the house. So went out and enjoyed it and thats it today im back on it properly! Got one of DH's workmates coming back with him for tea tonight so im doing pork chops and mash and will most likely have a glass of wine so will have to be good with my points today to make sure tonight doesnt make me go over. Porridge and Blackberries for breakfast so its so far so good.

Also last night our usual ww leader wasnt there it was some other lady ive never seen before and frankly she wasnt very nice it was "oh youve stayed the same, do you know what you might have done?" I said no Ive been really good but its almost time of month so may be retaining water and she actually went "Humph" and rolled her eyes at me, "well remember to pick up a tracker" then said to the person behind me do you want to come over before id even go off the bloody scales!! Very supportive!! Put that with her size 8 figure, dressed to the nines and looking down on every single person there, personally I dont think that makes for a good leader, needless to say I didnt stay for her meeting, I left as quickly as I could feeling about 2 foot tall!!!!

Oh well onwards and upwards!!!

Awwwww sorry to hear you felt sooo bad after that weigh in. Remember it's better to stay the same than put weight on so it's still good. Like you say it could have been water retention. I get that really badly at that time of the month and it usually makes me put on several pounds. It was nice that DH took you out to try and cheer you up. That's sooooo sweet. Ggggrrrr to the stand in leader being unsupportive. I bet she doesn't have high member retention!!!! I have a wonderful leader who has kept me going even when i felt like giving up as i haven't lost weight due to stress causing lack of willpower. I hope your normal leader is supportive.

How have you been this week?
